Should voters be given a NOTA (None Of The Above) choice? Is that really needed?

I am in favour of NOTA (None of the above). It is a very good option for voters who doesn't want to give their vote to the nominated candidates. It is a very good way to show one's dissatisfaction. If we see the present scenario what we have seen that the condition of rural people in India is not good Today still 75% of India's population are living in rural areas and they are suffering from ignorance, poverty, unemployment, food scarcity and so on. But what we see that when election going to took place our politician makes so many promises, started so many schemes, announced large amount for this area. But when they come in power, and at the time of doing, they forget all their promises. They do nothing.

So, NOTA is a very good option for showing our dissatisfaction, thoughts and indirectly to give an answer to the politician or government that if they really want to come in power and do some better for public. You must make your promises done. Otherwise, we will, again and again, choose NOTA option.
