Is Educational qualification really needed for Politicians in India?

I think education is always important for everyone in society either Leaders or common people but today people who do not highly educated are doing very well, like our PRIME MINISTER MR. NARENDRA MODI, he is master in making decision and planning he have super vision and he is people serving he have willingness to work for the country. 

So overall in my perception A leader should be patriot, people serving, visionary and obviously a hard working one not might be educated.
