1) Sachin Tendulkar


Arguably the best bats man in world cricket in the modern era. Holding maximum number of batting records in world cricket. He is the leading run-scorer and century maker in Test and one-day international cricket.

2) Vishwanathan Anand


Anand is one of six players in history to break the 2800 mark on the FIDE rating list.Anand is the only player to have won the world chess championships in many formats including Knockout, Tournament, Match, Rapid and Blitz.He is India's first grand master.

3) Leander Peas

He has won 6 Doubles and 6 Mixed Doubles Tennis Grand Slam titles and finishing runners up in numerous other Grand Slam finals, he is considered to be one of the greatest and most respected contemporary doubles and mixed doubles players in the world.

4) Abhinav Bindra



He is the current World and Olympic champion in the 10 m Air Rifle event. By winning the gold in the 10 m Air Rifle event at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, he became the first Indian to win an individual gold medal at the Olympic Games and India's first gold medal since 1980, when the Men's Field Hockey Team won the gold.

5) Dhyan Chand

Dhyan Chand was an Indian field hockey player, widely regarded as the greatest player of all time.A legendary center-forward, he is remembered for his goal-scoring feats, first as a player and later as captain. Chand won 3 Olympic gold medals (1928 Amsterdam, 1932 Los Angeles, 1936 Berlin).
